How do I cancel my subscription?

Luna Premium is billed by Apple or Google, so it is managed from your store account, not inside the app.

iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Luna Reader → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Luna Reader → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

I paid, but Premium isn’t active

Open Luna Reader → Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

If it still doesn’t work, email us with the date of purchase. Please don’t send card details.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play’s refund request in your order history.

Your words and progress

Will I lose my saved words on a new phone?

No account is needed. On iPhone and iPad, your saved words, phrases, completed stories, LunAI texts and stats sync with iCloud automatically, as long as you are signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on both devices.

My words aren’t syncing between devices

Check that both devices use the same Apple ID and that iCloud is turned on in Settings → your name → iCloud. Open Luna Reader on both devices while connected to the internet; syncing can take a few minutes.

How do I delete my data?

We don’t keep accounts, so your learning data lives on your device and in your own iCloud. Deleting the app removes the data on that device. To remove the iCloud copy, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage, find Luna Reader and delete its data.

Using the app

How do I change the language I’m learning or my own language?

Open Settings in Luna Reader. I’m learning switches between Russian, Turkish and English. My language sets the language for translations and for the app itself.

How do I turn daily reminders on or off?

Settings → Daily reminder. Luna asks for notification permission only when you turn it on, and you can pick the reminder time there.

A translation or a story has a mistake

Tell us which story and which word or sentence: Settings → Request a feature, or email us. Screenshots help.
